Intensive Outpatient Programs are available in Salisbury, Maryland (in person & virtual)

There are two programs:

1. Children & Adolescents Program - Partial Day Treatment Program
2. Substance Abuse Program

The program provides a level of care between traditional outpatient therapy and day hospital treatment. The purpose of the Community Behavioral Health program is to provide psychiatric stabilization and prevent inpatient hospitalization. Transportation can be provided to and from the program daily, depending on the travel distance. Various insurance plans are accepted, including Medicare, Medicaid, and some private insurance.

Professional Referrals: If you are making a referral from outside the agency, please call our intake line at 844-224-5264 ext 104 send a fax to 888-509-0010 with evaluations, current/previous treatment plans, medications, recent physical exam, lab work, and immunization records. You may complete a professional referral by clicking this link.
