Momentum supports mothers in recovery with wraparound services, stigma reduction, and access to vital care through RSPPW, SFIR, and CINA programs.
 

Programs Offered

RSPPW

• Wraparound, non-clinical recovery support for women with substance use disorders. Weekly follow-ups, childcare referrals, culturally responsive services.

SFIR

• Focuses on systemic barriers to recovery: expungements, vital records, and transportation. Reaching underserved communities including Haitian Creole and Latino women.

CINA - SB512

• Early intervention for substance-exposed newborns. Offers assessment, treatment referral, and family support in collaboration with DSS and LDSS.
